Meet Lana
Lana has been caring for children in the Sunset District for over 30 years, bringing both heart and experience to early childhood care. Originally from Chisinau, Moldova, Lana brings 38 years of experience working with children, beginning with her education at the State Pedagogical University of Chisinau, where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. She also maintains certifications in Pediatric First Aid and CPR.Her approach is hands-on, playful, and creative. Through arts, crafts, music, and storytelling, she turns letters, numbers, colors, and shapes into mini adventures, helping children stay curious and excited instead of feeling pressured as they build early learning skills. Her background directing children's theater brings imagination, creativity, and confidence-building into each day. Caring for children is what Lana loves most in the world. There's nothing like watching a child who was shy or unsure on their first day turn into someone who runs in every morning excited to see their friends. She still feels the same rush now as she did when she started: seeing a child figure something out for the first time, hearing them laugh at their own joke, watching them comfort a friend who's sad. Enrollment Forms
Please download, print, and complete all required forms before your child’s start date, and remember to bring them on the first day of enrollment. Children can’t be accepted for care without the forms on file.
